The Twins Birthday

The twins celebrated their fourth birthday on March 25. We had so much fun with them this year. We invested some student loan money in gift and a birthday party. The boys had a blast!

On their birthday I had to work all day, so we all went to the movies that night. Grandma and Grandpa came and brought them their first birthday gifts for the year-- portable DVD players and some new books.

Then we all went to "The Croods". The movie was cute, but the cutest part was during the end credits. The boys started dancing with some little girls that were at the show. It was ADORABLE!!!

The next day was their big party. We had a superhero party. Everyone dressed up, we watched "Captain America", we made superman capes and we ate pizza, cake and ice cream. It was soooo FUN! The boys still ask if they get to have another birthday party. They both were huge fans of the crepe paper.

The boys also got a visit from their Grandma Stratton, a couple weeks after their birthday, and she brought them cute little Spiderman tents. They LOVE them! They had to sleep in them for the first couple of nights. Thank you everyone who helped to make their birthday so special!

A week after the boys birthday we had to prepare for Easter. We had a wonderful Easter this year! We started with taking our yearly Easter pictures. Here are the one's I've edited so far.

On Saturday we dyed Easter Eggs. On Sunday we went to church with my parents so we could be home in time for Nephew K to participate in the egg hunt. The boys came home from church to find the surprise the Easter Bunny had left them.

They had to change their clothes right away.

We then headed out on the egg hunt. Big H kept exclaiming, "This is the best party EVER!"

 Little H was so excited to find the Superman Easter Egg. He wanted to show everyone how the 'S' on the egg matched the 'S' on his shirt.

We enjoyed Eggs-All-a-Golden-Rod. And then the boys had fun playing with their chicks-- the boys got some new pets Big H and Little M got birds for good behavior and Little H got a cat for potty training.

Big H kept saying he was a pirate.

Last but not least this little guy will be blessed on May 5th. I've sent out the invites. If you don't get one let me know.
