Busy, Busy, Busy Summer

The boys have had so many adventures this summer it's hard to remember them all. We can at least try though.

Here are the boys helping their Dad celebrate his birthday! They got upset when he wouldn't let them play with his present-- they got him a Durpy My Little Pony toy.

Little M and S had fun celebrating the Fourth of July up North at the pool. We had some family over and it was fun to see everyone.
S taking pictures for us. CHEESE!

We brought some Raw Melissa snacks to the table. They are sooooooooo delicious!
The twins went down South with their Dad for the Fourth and enjoyed time with family down there. They watched fireworks and went to a baby blessing and a baptism.

I had fun taking some of the kids to the Bean Museum with some friends in July. I guess they remodeled the museum. I had no idea. It was quite impressive.

The boys have loved having humming bird feeders this summer. They love watching the birds fly in for feedings, fight each other and fly off. We've been lucky to see a lot of them too.

The boys also had fun playing in some of the summer rainstorms.

And we have enjoyed some fun times at the local splash pad.

Little S was determined to get this hose away from this kid.

He had some fun times with the statues as well.

Little H has had some fun too. He enjoys staying up with mom and doing exercises. He comes up with some fun ones too like:

making his own finish line and running through it

or sword fighting the bad guys

The boys also said farewell to one of their primary teachers. She is serving a mission in Texas. We just think she is super awesome, and we were sad to see her go. She was so good with the boys, and even helped out with babysitting sometimes. She's going to do awesome things!

The boys finally made it to the new Captain America movie. And what movie going experience is complete without ugly homemade hats? Not this movie experience, that's for sure.

S didn't go, but we made him a hat anyway. He never would leave it on.

The boys and I went to Kanab in August-- courtesy of Grandpa and Grandma A. We said goodbye to a near and dear family friend who passed away from brain cancer. It was a very quick and exhausting trip, but it was nice too.

And now for a word from Little S.

Nerds are the best, and the cutest!

Also, if you wear shoes to bed you will be happier. I promise. And when I say, "Shoe," it is the cutest thing on the planet, hands down.

Thank you for your time :)

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer.
